Current legally reviewed version: effective 27 May 2026. These terms apply to Dreamz Fitness Bonaire, operated by ABC Fitness & Health N.V. They are used together with the membership, payment and consent documents accepted during signup.
Membership and access
- Applicants must provide true, complete and current personal, emergency-contact, membership and payment information.
- Members accept the selected membership, registration fee, published prices, club rules, staff instructions and entry conditions.
- Dreamz Fitness may refuse entry, suspend access, cancel a membership or require a member to leave for unsafe, abusive or irresponsible behaviour, drugs or alcohol, or a breach of these rules.
- All published prices and fees are non-negotiable unless Dreamz Fitness formally publishes another rule.
Six- and twelve-month contracts
- A 6-month contract costs USD 420 upfront or USD 70 per month by eligible MCB direct debit.
- A 12-month contract costs USD 720 upfront or USD 60 per month by eligible MCB direct debit.
- The standard first-time signup fee is USD 20. The Under-18 signup flow uses a USD 5 registration fee.
- Monthly direct debit is only a payment method; it does not make a 6- or 12-month contract cancellable month to month. The full contract term remains due.
- Paid memberships are not refundable. Contract memberships and payments cannot be frozen.
- Temporary closures, government measures and official holidays do not cancel the payment obligation under the stated contract rules.
Cancellation and automatic renewal
- Contract cancellation is handled through the Dreamz Member Portal, not by e-mail.
- The cancellation window opens 30 calendar days before the end of the current contract term and remains open for 10 calendar days.
- The portal displays the contract end date, the opening and closing dates of the window and whether cancellation is currently available.
- If no valid cancellation is submitted through the portal during that window, the contract renews automatically under the same conditions.
- After a successful cancellation, Dreamz Fitness provides a confirmation or receipt.
Payment and MCB direct debit
- Direct debit is available only for an MCB Bank Bonaire current account. Savings accounts, MCB savings accounts and non-MCB accounts are not accepted.
- The member must confirm that the supplied account is an eligible MCB current account.
- Direct debit is normally processed around the 28th of the month and multiple attempts may be made where applicable.
- A USD 1 charge applies per direct-debit transaction. A USD 10 fee applies when a debit is returned for insufficient funds.
- The mandate remains valid throughout the contract and any automatic renewal until cancellation is completed under the applicable rules.
Gym rules
- A towel is required and must be used on benches and equipment. Training shirts are required.
- Smoking and food are not permitted in the facility.
- Equipment must be used correctly, shared respectfully and returned after use. Do not drop weights.
- Report faults, damage or unsafe situations to staff immediately.
- Respect members, staff, instructors and visitors and follow management instructions.
- Dreamz Fitness is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.
Health, safety and liability
Physical exercise, classes and personal training can be demanding and may cause serious injury. Members participate voluntarily and at their own risk, must choose activities suitable for their health and ability, and should stop or ask for help when something feels unsafe. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, members release and indemnify Dreamz Fitness Bonaire, ABC Fitness & Health N.V., management, staff, instructors and representatives from claims connected with participation, facility use or a breach of the rules.
Group PT and personal training
- Small Group PT is a USD 85 monthly add-on and allows participation up to five times per week according to availability and Dreamz procedures.
- One-on-one Personal Training is USD 35 per session.
- Paid training of clients inside Dreamz Fitness is not permitted without an approved external-trainer package.
- The External Personal Trainer Package is a separate B2B facility-access package of USD 250 per month and is not a normal membership or member add-on.
- External trainers are responsible for their own clients, coaching, pricing, collections, cancellations and disputes. Their clients must be active Dreamz members or buy a valid day pass. Dreamz charges USD 10 when an external trainer trains a Delfins Resort guest.
Media, security and privacy
Dreamz Fitness may use security recording to protect members, staff, property and facility safety. Photos or video may be used for legal, exhibition, publicity, advertising or promotional purposes where applicable and with the relevant consent. Personal, media and security data must be handled according to applicable privacy requirements. See the Privacy Policy.
Signup and member services
New members can complete the current registration and signing flow at signup.dreamzfitness.app. Existing members use the Dreamz Member Portal for account information, class planning and eligible cancellation actions. Bonaire, Dutch Caribbean law and jurisdiction apply where applicable.
